This outstanding signed brooch was made during the 1960s by Hattie Carnegie. The brooch has a loop at the top so it doubles as a necklace pendant and comes with a new 19 inch chain with an antiqued bronze finish. This piece is very nicely made, you can feel the high quality in the weight of it!
This piece would look stunning pinned to a velvet blazer, and could also be a wonderful costume piece! Game of Thrones anyone???
The brooch measures 2 and ⅜ inches wide and depicts a very detailed medieval knight with swords and armor and other royal looking details. Even the starburst background has amazing textured striations.
This unique piece is in excellent vintage condition. There is no tarnishing or visible scuffs, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
