1970s Red and White Lace Western Button Up Square Dance Blouse size XL

Swing your partner ‘round while wearing this super cute vintage square dance blouse!

This top was made in the USA during the early 1970s by “Jery Bee”. It is constructed from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. The tag is marked as a vintage XL, and due to the generous silhouette, it would best fit modern women’s US sizes up to 12-14. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

This adorable blouse has a vibrant red color that contrasts nicely with the white lace trim. The sleeves are made of a sheer floral lace and have elastic at the arm opening.

The bodice has a long, generous fit, and looks great belted or tucked in for a mire fitted silhouette. The blouse closes up the front with a series of pearly buttons, and the button panel and sweetheart neckline are trimmed with shiny satin ribbon.

Please note that there is some slight yellow staining on the left sleeve (see close-up photos of front and back). These areas could probably be cleaned up with some oxyclean, or could be worn as-is because it’s not super noticeable upon first glance. It would be a great costume piece for theater, Halloween, or a good ol’ fashioned ho-down!

Overall, this garment is in good vintage condition, There is no piling, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
