This stamped brooch was made during the 1930s and is made of sterling silver and enamel. It measures 1 and ⅛ long by .75 of an inch wide.
Tiny gold stars contrast beautifully against the rich emerald green enamel. The back secures with a simple yet sturdy clasp. There is also a nice prong on the back that will allow it to push through wool or other dense fabrics.
This little brooch would be perfect pinned to your favorite hat, blazer, tie, cardigan…you name it!
Aside from some tarnishing, which is to be expected from sterling silver (and if you ask me, adds a ton of vintage character!), this item is in excellent vintage condition. There are no chips or noticeable scuffing, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
