You can feel the high quality of the fabrics, and the beading really sparkles! It has sheer sleeves to show a little skin, and soultry slits up the side of the hip on both sides. This dress is in perfect vintage condition.
It is made by Papell Boutique- Evening. Shell is 100% silk with Polyester lining.

Center back neck to hem- 32 inches long.
Sleeves- 24.5 inches long.
Bust- 40 inches across.
Waist- 40 inches across.
Hip- 40 inches across (more room though because the slits open).
Slits up the side- 11 inches tall.
