1970s UNION MADE Hot Pink Party Dress with Ruffled Cascading Skirt and Black Trim size S

This electric pink party dress is sure to turn heads on the dance floor!

The dress was Union Made in the USA during the late 1970s. It was designed by Vicky Vaughn Junior, and is constructed out of 100% lightweight silk-feel polyester. The tag reads size 9, but it would best fit a modern women's 4-6. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

The silhouette of this dress is fitted throughout the bodice, and flares out from the waist. The fabric does not contain much stretch, but there is elastic at the back shoulder for a comfortable fit that makes it easy to move around. The dress closes up the side with a 14 inch zipper.

Black contrasting trim decorates the neckline and skirt. The front skirt has a lovely asymmetrical cascade that drapes from the side hip to the hem on the opposite side. The cascade and the ruffle at the hem show lots of movement and look great while dancing!

It appears that this dress once came with a belt, there are still belt loops attached.
**The black belt and pearl are not included**. Other than the missing original belt, this dress is in fantastic vintage condition and would look great for any special occasion. It could also double a nice costume piece!
