This fun and unique piece of vintage jewelry is sure to inpsire conversation!

The brooch was made during the 1940s and is made of solid brass. You can feel the high quality by the heavy weight!

The design for the brooch was originally conceived in the 1920s by Mark Reig for the artists' guild in Williamsburg, Virginia. This brooch was a 1940s reproduction and has the Williambsurg restoration stamp on the back. It also has the number 2471 stamped on the back.

The brooch measures 2.25 inches long, by 1.75 inches wide. The design includes a wizard and unicorn watching over a keyhole surrounded by flowers and beautiful roped texture throughout. It lies nice and flat against the body and is wearable for everyday life. It could also help take a costume to the next level!

There is a small amount of tarnsihing toward the bottom of the wizard's beard (bottom left) but it is hardly noticeable and could be remedied with a quick polish. Over all this item is in very good vintage condition, and was stored in smoke-free environment.
