Add a bit of the Southwest to your style with this fabulous vintage pin!

This brooch was made during the early 1980s. It is made of sterling silver and is stamped “Sterling” on the back side.

This unique piece is shaped like a Saguaro cactus, which only grows in the Sonora desert in Southern Arizona, but has become a popular symbol of the Southwestern states of America.

Like the saguaro, this brooch has two arms that “reach for the sky”. An all-over geometrical, embossed pattern decorates the front. The brooch measures 1.25 inches, by 2 inches.

On the back side, the pin closes with a spring loop clasp. The clasp works great, and the brooch lies nice and flat against the body. It would look great pinned to a leather or denim jacket!

There is very little wear, this item is in excellent vintage condition and was stored in a smoke-free environment.
