1960s Long Rainbow Black Cheongsam Dress with Side Slits size L/XL

This garment was made in China during the 1960s by Solz Squirrel. The dress is made from a satin-feel rayon fabric that has little to no stretch. It is marked as a vintage size 40, but would best fit modern women’s US sizes 12-14. It is clipped to the model in the photos to show the silhouette. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

The print on this dress is simply outstanding! The print consists of rainbow-hued villagers and colorful Asian flowers against a black background. The colors include pink, blue, red, and yellow, giving you lots of color options to match shoes and accessories.

The dress has a mandarin collar that opens and closes around the neckline with a series of snaps and toggles. The dress zips up the side waist with an 11 inch metal zipper. The dress has a sheath style silhouette, which is fitted throughout the bust waist and hip. There are tall 22 inch slits on each side of the skirt, making it easier to move around and giving you the ability to show off a little leg! The inside of the dress is rainbow striped, and looks really cool when you catch a glimpse of it through the leg slits.
