1980s Nautical Long Sleeve Cardigan with Gold Buttons and Pockets size M

This sweater was made by “Shapely Knits” during the 1980s. It is 100% acrylic and is machine washable. The tag is marked as a size Medium, it would best fit a modern women’s US size 8. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
This classic button up cardigan has such a timeless design! The sweater has red stripes and is a solid navy blue on the bottom half. The sleeves and side hip pockets have a contrasting white stripe for added visual interest.
This lightweight sweater has a good amount of stretch to it, and has a relaxed fit so it is super comfortable to wear. It closes up the front with 4 gold-tone buttons that have little nautical crests on them. This piece would look fantastic paired with your favorite pair of jeans, or a cute dress!
This garment is in excellent vintage condition! There are no stains, rips, or piling, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
