Spotlight Vintage is a Vermont-based shop that shines new light on vintage fashion, costumes, and gifts. STOREFRONT COMING SOON IN MARCH 2025!
Owner and Curator Renee Laroche-Rheaume channels her love for the arts into her work running her sustainable fashion brand. From western wear and party dresses, to boho chic and capsule staples, she has traveled the country to find things that are sure to make you sparkle!
Renee gained her knowledge and passion for vintage garments by working in several areas of the fashion industry, and obtaining her degree in apparel design from FIDM in Los Angeles. While working at a vintage shop on Hollywood Blvd during her college years, she acquired a love for costuming, which has become an integral factor in the success of Spotlight Vintage today.
Renee followed her heart back to her hometown of St. Albans, VTand has been running Spotlight-Vintage.com selling fantastic finds for the past 10+ years. Living there with her loving husband and kitties, she has been exploring fashion photography, styling local models to create striking photographs that give each vintage piece its moment in the spotlight.
You’ll always be able to find rare and unique vintage items at Spotlight-Vintage.com, but the delightful demand for sustainable fashion in recent years aligned at the right place and time, so Spotlight Vintage will soon be shifting its focus to a primarily in-person model!
Located in a historic brick building on Main Street in St. Albans, you’ll be able to shop an array of treasures curated by Renee and other talented local vintage sellers. She plans to offer costume rentals, and hopes to be able to support the performing arts through her work with the shop by hosting events and sponsoring local productions.

We are grateful to accept donations of clean authentic vintage items. Your donations help us keep prices affordable and help us save money to give back to the arts. We also purchase items outright, and lease rack space to other vendors.
