This dress was made during the 1980s by “J.G. Hook”. It is made from non-stretch 100% cotton and is machine washable. The tag is marked as a vintage size 10, but it would best fit modern women’s US sizes 4-6. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
The silhouette of this dress gives off a very 80s does 40s vibe. The rolled sleeves, chest pockets, and shoulder yoke evoke a casual-cool look that is perfect for summer! The waist and hip are fitted, and there is a little extra volume in the bodice. The semi-circle skirt has side hip pockets, and belt loops attached at the natural waist. The dress closes up the front with 13 white buttons, and there are hook/eye closures at the front waist.
This dress is in excellent vintage condition! There are no stains, rips, or piling, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
