Here’s a sweet little cardigan that’s perfect for Spring and Summer!
This adorable watermelon sweater was made by “Blue Line by Dia” during the 1980s. It is made of 100% cotton and is marked as a size small. It would best fit modern women’s US sizes 2-4, please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
This garment is a lovely light pink color and has ceramic hand-painted watermelon slice buttons! There are 3 watermelon buttons, and a couple smaller ceramic buttons with green stripes. The cardigan also secures with 2 hidden clear plastic buttons at the inside waist.
The cardigan has a deep v neckline and ¾ length sleeves that create a casual feel that would look great paired with your favorite jeans!
Please note that there are a few areas throughout that have some minor yellow discoloration. The most visible areas are the front left sleeve and bottom waist around the smaller buttons. See close-up photos, these areas are not super noticeable, and could likely be removed with a dip in some oxyclean and a bit of TLC.
Over all this garment is in good vintage condition and has a lot of life left in it! There are no rips, it was stored in a smoke-free environment, and has been washed so it’s ready to wear.
