Add a touch of worldly charm to your next look with this double-sided Mexican statement necklace!
This pendant necklace was made in Mexico during the 1970s. It is made of gold tone brass and you can really feel the quality in the weight of it! It would jazz up any outfit for daily life, and could even be worn as part of a costume.
The large round pendant measures 2.75 inches across and depicts the Mayan Sun God on the front, and the Mayan calendar on the back.
The pendant rests on a long, thick chain that measures a total length of 28 inches. The chain secures in the back with a simple spring ring clasp, but you’ll find that the necklace can just be slipped over the head.
There are some minor signs of age, but they really add to the vintage charm. Overall, this piece is in very good vintage condition and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
