1990s Black Fringed Sleeveless Flapper Dress with Sequin Beaded Neckline size M

This dress was made during the 1990s by California Costumes. It is constructed from 100% polyester that is lightweight and has a good amount of stretch to it. It is marked as a vintage size medium, but please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
This dress is slightly sheer and is adorned with several layers of silky black fringe. The fringe shows off movement beautifully, this dress looks amazing on the dance floor!
There is black sequin and beaded trim around the neckline and on the straps. This dress has no closure, it simply slips over the head.
This garment is in very good condition and would be perfect for a costume party or theater. There are no stains, rips, or missing fringe spots, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
