1960s White Linen Silk-Lined “After Six” Suit Jacket with Black Satin Lapel Trim size M

Celebrate in style by sporting this dapper vintage dinner jacket!

This “Nite Magic” formal suit jacket was made during the early 1960s by “After Six”. It is made of a lightweight, white linen fabric and lined with silk. It is marked as a size 35, but please see measurements below to guarantee fit. (Photographed on female size 4 mannequin.)

This jacket is very versatile and is appropriate for several occasions! There is black satin trim along the lapels, and it closes with a single button. There are 3 functional pockets, one at each hip, and a handkerchief pocket on the left breast. There is also a slit in the back of the jacket for flexibility and comfort.

Please note that the buttons on the cuffs and the front button are slightly different. The one in the front is actually navy blue (but looks like black at a glance) and was likely replaced some time ago. It could totally pass as black, but could be easily replaced if desired.

This jacket would be perfect for a wedding, a costume party, theater, resort vacation…you name it!

This garment is in excellent vintage condition and was stored in a smoke-free environment.
