This large-sized handbag was made during the 1960s. It is constructed from a woven tapestry fabric with brass hardware and a satin-feel lining. It is large enough to hold all of the daily essentials, and then some!
When laid flat, the body of the bag measures 16 inches wide, by 9 inches tall, with a 2 inch wide base. The straps hang 7 inches long and are large enough to slip your arm through, or you can just hold it top-handle style.
The pretty floral tapestry pattern has a color palette of burgundy, pink, white, and forest green. The bag opens up like a clamshell to reveal an immaculate silvery gray lining.
Please note the one area that shows the bags age is a very small amount of rust on the inside by the opening (see close-up photos). It is not noticeable from the outside and does not rub off.
This bag looks like it has never been used! Overall, It is in excellent vintage condition and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
