1960s Articulated Bird Pendant Necklace with Green Stones and Beads on Long Gold Chain

This necklace was made during the 1960s. It is made of high quality costume materials and rests on a long gold tone chain. You can feel the quality in the heavy weight of it!
The bird pendant is decorated with elaborate filigree designs and several vibrant green stones and dangly beads. The body and tail of the bird are articulated and show off movement in a lovely way.
The pendant measures 3.25 inches wide by 3 inches long. The chain is 24 inches long and secures in the back with a simple spring ring clasp, however it could just be slipped over the head without fussing with the clasp.
This eye-catching piece is in excellent vintage condition and was stored in a smoke-free environment.
