This shirt was made by JC Penny during the early 1970s. It is made of a medium-weight polyester fabric that has a small amount of stretch and is machine washable. The tag does indicate a size, but it would best fit modern women’s US 6-8. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
The groovy floral blocked print on this top is totally far out! Psychedelic looking flowers of peach, orange, black and white adorn the front and back of the shirt, and the collar and sleeves are trimmed with a very mid-century pattern of the same color palette. The shirt has large lapels and closes up the front with 5 pearly moonglow buttons.
Please note that there is a small yellowed spot on the back right shoulder, but it is not very noticeable (see close-up photos).
Overall, this garment is in very good vintage condition. It has been cleaned and is ready to wear, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
