Step right up and read all about the most spectacular show on Earth!
This Ringling Brothers & Barnum and Bailey Circus magazine and show program is from the year 1950. The cover art was illustrated by James Montgomery Flagg, and it originally cost 25 cents back in the day! This copy was discovered in an old Vermont home that was thought to be owned by one of the show’s burlesque performers.
The magazine measures 8.25 inches wide, by 11 inches tall. It has 77 pages filled with eye-catching comics, short stories, vintage advertisements, and features on the circus performers. Lots of entertainment inside!
A few of the edges have some curling and show minor wear, but this magazine won’t fall apart in your hands. It is in good usable vintage condition and would make an excellent addition to your circus collection!
(I am also selling a burlesque costume from this very show! Find it in the costumes section of my shop.)
