1950s Cotton Paisley Open-Back Smock with Pockets and Tie Belt size S/M

This top was handmade during the late 1950s. It is constructed from a lightweight, non-stretch, cotton fabric and a metal snap button. There is no size indicated, but it would best fit modern women’s sizes Small to Medium. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

The timeless red white and blue paisley floral print on this top is accented with a red roped trim, and white zigzag trim at the front waist pockets. The blouse is mostly open in the back, and secures with an attached tie fabric belt.

This comfy and cute garment would be perfect for someone who is creative with crafts or in the kitchen, and it would look adorable paired with your favorite jeans!

Please note that there is a small yellowed area around the left front bust, but it is not very noticeable (see last photo- you really have to look for it!). The fabric also has a tiny bit of fading from age, but it just looks and feels like it has that perfect worn-in feel to it. Overall, this top is in very good vintage condition. It was stored in a smoke-free environment and is ready to wear.
