1980s 2-pc Rayon Tropical Shorts/ Shirt Set size M

Casual. Comfy. Cool. This 2-piece vintage set is perfect for vacation!

This shorts/shirt set was made in Mexico by Michele Leslie during the late 80s. It is machine washable and made from breathable, non-stretch, lightweight 50% polyester and 50% rayon. The tag is marked a vintage size 12/14, but it would best fit modern women’s US size medium. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

Both pieces sport a fantastic print with tropical flowers, a pebble pattern, and vertical stripes. There is elastic at the waist of the high rise shorts, and there are pockets! The shirt closes up the front with 6 buttons and looks great tied up or worn down. The oversized style of the shirt adds instant cool. Both pieces would look great worn separately too, giving you a bunch of new outfits with one purchase!

Please note that there is some very minor piling at the inside collar, but overall this set is in very good vintage condition. There are no stains or rips, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
