1990s Rayon Embroidered and Polka Dot Boho Dress with Tie Waist size M

This lovely dress was made in India during the 1990s by “Magic”. It is constructed from breathable rayon, and it is marked as a free size but would best fit up to a size 10 (medium). Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
This dress has some really nice details such as embroidery throughout the button front bodice, ruching and pattern blocking at the straps, and a flowy mushroom pleated skirt. The dress ties at the back waist, making the fit somewhat adjustable.
This dress is in excellent vintage condition. There are no stains, rips, or piling, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.

Bust- 19 inches across.
Waist- 17 inches across.
Hip- open.
Bodice length from center back neck- 19 inches long.
Total length- 53 inches long.
