This fantastic mid-century jewelry box would make an excellent gift!

This jewelry box was made sometime during the late 1960s/ early 1970s. It is constructed from wood, velvet, and woven tapestry fabric. It measures 11.5 inches long, by 6.25 inches wide, and 2.5 inches deep.

The box has an uncanny mid-century design with the combination of the muted psychedelic print and teak wood. The box opens up to reveal a golden yellow velvet interior with 3 compartments, one being ideal for rings. The box stands on little brass feet that look like something you would see on antique furniture.

Please note that there are minor signs of wear such as some spots on the inside velvet, and a few scuffs on the wood. All condition issues are shown clearly in the photos but are not very noticeable in person. Overall, this item is in good vintage condition. It was stored in a smoke-free environment and has a lot of life left in it!
