This dress was made during the 1990s by “K.C. Spencer, New York”. It is constructed from a stretchy velvet fabric that is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. It is marked as a vintage size 14 but would best fit up to a modern size Large. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit. (Model in photos is a size 6)
The shift style silhouette, long sleeves, and rich emerald green velvet make this dress perfect for day or evening. It can be dressed up or down with the right accessories. It has shoulder pads that could easily be removed if desired, and it zips closed at the back neck with a 19 inch zipper.
This garment is in excellent vintage condition. There are no holes, stains, or odors, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
