Vtg Forest Green Embroidered Rayon Velvet Goddess Dress with Sheer Sleeves and Tie Back size M

This gorgeous dress was made in India by Sha-ta-ya. It is constructed primarily from rayon and velvet with some lovely embroidery. The dress has a slighltly oversized fit with an adjustable tie in the back. It is marked as a size Medium and fits pretty true to modern size. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

There are so many lovely details on this dress, the photos can’t quite do it justice! The bodice buttons up the front and is adorned with roped trim and leaf/vine embroidery. There is also embroidery on the bottom of the skirt. The sleeves, back panel, and peplum are sheer and give off a very ethereal vibe—making this a great piece for daily life but also perfect for a festival, wedding, renaissance fair, or cosplay!

Please note that this dress is slightly more on the forest green side in person, rather than teal (it’s a tricky color to photograph!). This garment is in excellent vintage condition with hardly any signs of wear. There are no stains, pulls, or rips, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
