Channel that timeless vintage charm in this stunning 1930s wedding gown!
This beautiful gown is made from a non-stretch ivory rayon taffeta that has a pretty sheen to it. There is no size indicated, but it would best fit up to a modern size medium. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
This gown has some truly lovely details such as a sweetheart neckline, rouching and pleating at the bust and sleeves, and the sweetest velvet flowers in front! The tiered skirt shows off movement beautifully and could be worn with a petticoat for added volume (shown in photos without a petticoat). The dress closes up the side waist with a series of small buttons, and it has a sash belt that ties at the back waist.
Please note that this garment has a few areas of wear. There are a couple of tiny holes at the back shoulders, some slight discoloration on the belt, and some scuffs along the bottom that could be fixed up with a professional cleaning. These areas are shown clearly in the photos and have been reflected in the price. Overall, this gown is in amazing shape for it’s age and it has a lot of life left in it! It would be great for vintage bride, or even a costume for theater/film!
