1980s Barrette/Hair Accessory with Beaded White Leather Fringe and Southwestern Concho Buckles

Channel that timeless southwestern charm with this vintage leather hair accessory!
This remarkable barrette doubles as a ponytail/ braid cover and can be worn in several different ways. It was made in France and is constructed from genuine leather, silver-tone concho buckles, and metal beads.
The barrette clip itself measures 2.5 inches wide and has a great grip. The total length of the leather accessory measures 19 inches long, and 3.75 inches across the top. This piece is very unique and is totally wearable for daily life, but would look awesome for a festival look or a costume!
Aside from some minor signs of age (shown clearly in the photos) this item is in great vintage condition. The leather is not roached out, the barrette works well, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
