Vtg Purple Satin Fairycore Costume Corset Top with Hidden Velcro and Faux Flowers size S/M

Step into the spotlight wearing this ethereal vintage costume corset top!
This vintage bustier was made for a dancer named Rosemary Quinlan. It is constructed from a rich purple satin fabric with a cotton lining (non-stretch). There is no size indicated, but it would best fit a modern size small-medium. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

The neckline of this top is adorned with little faux fabric flowers. There is boning in the front to help keep its shape, and nude color elastic straps. The top closes in the back with a row of hook/eye clasps. This piece also has a few velcro strips on the inside, making it perfect for theater or burlesque because you can easily attach/detach a skirt or other costume piece for a quick change or reveal!

Please note that there is some color variation in the purple satin due to age/wear. It is also missing one of the small flowers, but it’s not that noticeable and can easily be replaced if desired.
Overall, this striking garment is in fair vintage condition and has a lot of life left in it! It was stored in a smoke-free environment and is just begging to be worn again.
