1970s Cotton Gingham Handmade Western Cowgirl Swing Skirt with Lace Ruffle size S/M

Kick up a good time in this adorable gingham swing skirt!
This pretty handmade piece is constructed from a non-stretch lightweight cotton with a classic red/white gingham print. There is no size indicated, but it would best fit a modern size small/medium. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

This skirt would be great for daily life, line dancing, or even double as a cowgirl costume! Satin ribbon and lace ruffles trim the hemline, and it closes up the back with a zipper.

Please note that the hook/eye closure above the zipper is missing the “hook” and the “eye” could use a little stitch to secure it in place. This is an easy fix and will allow you to adjust the fit at the waist a bit. Overall, this garment is in very good vintage condition. There are no stains or piling, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
