True 1920s Steel Cut Rhinestone and Ostrich Feather Fascinator Headband

This authentic 1920s flapper fascinator headband will make a spectacular addition to your collection, or would make a great costume piece for film!
This beautiful piece was made in France for Saks Fifth Avenue. It is constructed from velvet, ostrich feathers, and cut steel with rhinestones in a striking decorative pattern. There is also black lace throughout the headband and a sparkling rhinestone cluster in the back!
The headband itself measures approximately 3 inches wide by 10 inches long. The crown is about 5 inches tall from the top of the head.
This piece has been stored with love and care in a smoke-free environment. It is in excellent vintage condition, especially for being 100 years old!
