1980s Crimson Lace UNION MADE Off the Shoulder Party Dress with Tule Underlay size S

This fabulous vintage dress is ready for a party!

The dress was Union Made in the USA during the 1980s by "Zum Zum". The fabric is 100% acetate (non-stretch). There is no size indicated, but it would best fit modern womens sizes 4-6. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

This dress has a very sexy silhouette. It is fitted throughout the bust and torso and flares out from the waist. The outer layer is made of transparent red floral lace. The dress is fully lined and has a layer of tule that peeks out underneath the skirt for added volume. The sweetheart bust and off-the-shoulder neckline allows for plenty of movement, making it a great dress to wear for a night of dancing!

The dress closes up the back with a 12 inch zipper with a hook and eye. There may have been a large bow connecting the back shoulder at one point. You can hardly see them, but there are a couple small pucks in the fabric at the back shoulders where it had been sewn on (see close up photo). Another bow could easily be attached again, or it could be a fun and easy DIY project for someone who wants to get creative and design it their own way!

Aside from the missing back shoulder bow, this dress is in fantastic vintage condition! There are no holes, stains, or piling, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
