This fabulous colorful dress is just dying to be worn to a party!
The dress was handmade during the late 1960s/early 1970s. The fabric is a cotton and polyester blend with an outstanding print! There is no size indicated, but it would best fit modern womens US sizes 6-8. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
The floral paisley pattern of the dress features bright pink, yellow, green, black, and orange. This color combination is a great example of the trends in fashion during the 60s and 70s. The green satin ribbon belt at the natural waist constrasts nicely against the colorful print.
There are darts at the waist and bust for a flattering fit. The dress is fully lined for comfort and closes up the back with a 21 inch zipper with hook and eye. Two large pleats create added drama in both the front and back of the skirt at the waist.
Please note that there is a bit of yellowing discoloration on the inside of the lining, but this is hardly noticeable (see photo of dress unzipped). There are no stains, holes, or piling, and the dress was stored in a smoke-free environment. Overall this item is in very good condition and could be a versatile part of your wardrobe, or even a costume!
