1970s Pair of Unicorn Fantasy Lacquered Wood Wall Hanging Plaques

Add a little whimsy to your walls with this fabulous set of vintage wood art!

Both pieces are hand made and signed by the artist (unknown). Each plaque measures 11.5 inches tall, by 9.5 inches wide.

The plaques depict unicorns living peacefully in their fantasy world. The picture on the left shows a unicorn in a lush environment surrounded by a brooke and lush flowers. The picture on the right shows a unicorn in a canyon beside crystal waters. The paintings have a very etherial airbrushed look to them, giving off a dreamy fantasy vibe.

The wood appears to be pine, and has scalloped edges that have been carefully sanded and smoothed. Each piece has a toothed hanger attached to the back side so they are ready to be hung as soon as they arrive in the mail!

Please note that there is some minor scratching and areas of cloudiness in the lacquer. These imperfections can be seen clearly in the photos, but are not very noticeable once they are hanging on the wall. Over all these pieces of art are in good vintage condition and were stored in a smoke-free environment. They would make for excellent decor in your craft room or nursery!
