This vibrant vintage top is so cute and flattering!
The blouse was made during the 1970s. The fabric is a lightweight, stretch polyester that has a bit of sheen to it. This label-less beauty has no size indicateed, but it would best fit modern US womens sizes 4-6. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
This blouse is extremely flattering on the human form! It was designed on the bias cut, which drapes beautifully on the body. The fluttering cap sleeves are a great example of the bias drape. The arm holes are generous and allow you to move with ease and comfort.
The wide kimono style waistband accentuates the smallest part of the waist, while the deep V neckline elongates and draws attention up toward the face. There is also some gathering at the bust to help create that timeless hourglass silhouette.
The front of the shirt is decorated with five little red celluloid buttons. These buttons are for show, the shirt does not open in the front. This top would be great for every day wear and would look fabulous paired with your favorite jeans, a pencil skirt, or blazer!
This striking little garment is in excellent vintage condition. There are no holes, stains, loose threads, or piling. This item was carefully stored in a smoke-free environment.
