Sterling Silver Cross Pendant with Lapis Lazuli Stone on Long Silver Chain

This gorgeous cross pendant is made from solid sterling silver and is stamped 925 on the back. The pendant measures 1.75 inches tall, by 1.25 inches wide. The pendant hangs on a long silver chain that measures 28 inches in total length.

The focal point of the pendant is the oval shaped Lapis Lazuli stone in the center of the cross. Lapis Lazuli is a semi precious stone that is said to contain properties that help one's soul find it's true destiny. The lapis stone is rich royal blue in color with a smooth, shiny surface.

The cross has scalloped edges on each point, giving it a softer, more rounded look. The chain is of good quality and has a simple "C" clasp closure. The chain is long enough to be wrapped around a couple times and could easily be slipped over the head without having to undo the clasp.

Please note that there is some minor scratching on the pendant, which is the case with most vintage silver jewelry (because it is a softer metal). Over all this piece is in very good vintage condition, and would look great paired with countless outfits!
