This tagless beauty was likely handmade during the 1960s. There is no size indicated, but it would best fit modern US women's sizes 0-2. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
The dress is made of a sheer black fabric that has no stretch, and has a reflective quality that brings out a shine in the fabric under light. A nude colored, non-see-through silky fabric lines the entire inside of the dress. It zips up the back with a 12 inch zipper with hook and eye closure.
This "fit and flare" style dress flares out at mid-thigh level with pleated ruffles. The ruffled hem lands at the knee, and shows off movement, making this a great dress to dance in! It would also make a nice layering piece to show off a fabulous shawl or jacket!
This versatile garment is in great vintage condition. There are no rips, stains, or tears, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
