Vintage Long Chinese Porcelain Bead Necklace with Gold Metallic Clasp

This necklace was purchased at a Chinese cultural museum during the 1970s. The total length of the necklace measures 30 inches long.

The porcelain beads are handmade using ancient chinese methods that have been perfected over centuries. You can feel the high quality by the weight of the necklace.

Each porcelain bead is slightly unique. The blue designs on the spherical beads depict birds and lotus flowers. The beads have a very shiny glaze that really catch the eye and make the beautiful designs pop. The beads measure half an inch wide, with smaller blue porcelain beads alternating in between each one.

The necklace closes in the back with a gold metallic brass hook, however the necklac is long enough that it could be slipped over the head without having to fuss with the clasp.

Your purchase comes with the little decription letter shown in the photos. This item is in excellent vintage condition and was stored in a smoke-free environment.
