Add a bit of Southwestern flare to your look with this fabulous vintage buckle!

This buckle was made during the 1970s and is constructed from silver plated metal, turquoise, coral and resin. You can really feel the quality by the weight of it!

The buckle is oval in shape and shows off tons of texture and detail! The roadrunner, prickly pear cactus, and the piece of wood the roadrunner stands on are raised slightly, and are smooth in comparison to the textured background. Inside the bird’s body are pieces of genuine turquoise and red coral set into a shiny black resin.

The buckle measures approximately 4 inches wide, by 2.5 inches tall and would work best with a 1.5 inch belt. The back side of the buckle is stamped with the maker’s mark, a series of numbers and letters that read 79PSSBB737.

This piece would look great with a tooled leather belt to complete your western outfit! There is some slight varying in color on the front of the buckle where some areas are slightly yellowed due to age, but it is not super noticeable, and it adds that vintage patina character!

Over all this item is in good vintage condition and has a lot of life left to it! There are no chips or missing stones, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
