1980s Does 1940s Belted Yellow Sun Dress with Scalloped Bib Details size M

This garment was made during the early 1980s by Adam Jay Fashions. It is constructed from a soft, semi-stretch, lightweight, knit fabric (likely a polyester cotton blend that is machine washable). There is no size indicated, but it would best fit modern women’s US sizes 6-8. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

The pale yellow fabric and scalloped details on this dress give it a lovely feminine feel! The silhouette and v-shaped scalloped bib suggest a 1940s vibe, while the comfortable fabric and elastic waist evoke the best of the 1980s!

The dress highlights the smallest part of the natural waist, and the elastic is hidden by the matching belt (which is detachable). There is no closure, the dress simply slips over the head. The v-neck elongates the body in a flattering fashion, and the hemline lands just below the knee. There are pockets at the side hip seam, making this a functional and comfortable wardrobe piece.
