Sorry, this item has sold.

Decorate your home or workspace with these amazing pieces of American history!

This lot comes with 2 tins, both were made in the USA the 1940s-1950s. Both tins measure approximately 4.5 inches tall, by 3 inches wide, and 5/8 of an inch deep.
Both tins are complete with their lids, and the colors and graphics are in excellent shape. True to the times, neither tin has the surgeon general’s warning on it!

Tin #1: This tin was produced by Hi-Plane Tobacco in the USA. The red, blue and yellow graphics feature an old war-era airplane. The verbiage states: “Scientifically Blended From Especially Selected Well-Matured Leaf Tobacco of the Highest Grades. Especially Good for Pipe and Cigarettes.” There is still a blue sales label attached to this tin as well.

Tin #2: This tin was produced by Prince Albert brand in the USA. The red, yellow, and white graphics show a portrait of Prince Albert. The verbiage states: “Crimp Cut Long Burning Pipe & Cigarette Tobacco”.

There is a small amount of patina throughout both of the tins that add character. Overall these tins are in really great vintage condition! They would look fantastic in a room with an old-timey general store theme, in a man cave, bar, or could make a wonderful housewarming gift!
