This vintage brooch is a great catch!
This lovely mid-century piece is constructed from high quality costume metals, with painted enamel and crystal cut rhinestones. It would make a wonderful gift, or could even be worn as part of a costume!
The swordfish is very colorful and has fantastic texture and design details! The gold setting is painted with enamel for a shiny finish, and the aurora borealis stones reflect multiple colors with movement- resembling fish scales! There is even a little ruby rhinestone for the eye!
The brooch measures 2.25 inches wide, by .75 of an inch tall. It secures with a simple spring loop clasp and lies nice and flat against the body.
This item is in excellent vintage condition! There are no missing stones, no tarnishing, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
