This purse was made in the 1980s and is constructed primarily from metal mesh.
The striking metallic design is made up of gold, silver, bronze, and black waved stripes on both the front and back of the bag. The metal mesh has a smooth, satisfying texture that won’t snag on things or pinch your skin. The gold-tone brass hardware adds a sophisticated touch to this stylish accessory.
The bag unzips to reveal a clean black fabric lining with one interior zip pocket. The black chain strap hangs 22 inches long, and can be worn on the shoulder or cross-body style.
The body of the purse measures 11 inches wide, by 5.75 inches tall, and is large enough to fit all of the daily essentials, including your phone, keys, lipstick, etc.
Aside from one small marking on the mesh that is hardly noticeable (see close-up photos) this purse is in great vintage condition! There is no rust or rips, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
