Shimmy and shake in this show-stopping vintage top!
This striking piece was made in India during the 1980s by Western Fashions. It is made from heavily beaded and sequin mesh, and is adjustable at the neck and back. There is no size indicated, but it would best fit modern women’s US sizes 4-8. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.
The elaborate sequin and beaded design on this top is absolutely stunning in person! Silver embellishments contrast nicely against the black fabric, and the beaded fringe shows off movement beautifully. This top would be perfect for burlesque, belly dancing, or could make a great genie costume!
The top has a handkerchief halter style silhouette that drapes in a very flattering way. There is velcro on both the neck and back strap, making it adjustable by a few inches for the best fit. The back strap also has a loop so the excess strap stays secure and doesn’t hang loosely.
The beading is in terrific shape, this garment is in excellent vintage condition! There are no missing sequins, no rips or stains, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
