Vintage Navy Wool Felt Captain’s Hat with Gold Eagle Crest size L

This hat is constructed primarily from wool felt and faux leather. It is marked as a size Large, please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

This hat has some great details, but it also basic enough for you to add your own flare! There is red roped trim around the band that contrasts nicely against the navy blue wool felt. The inside of the hat has a woven lining for breathability.

The brim is made of shiny black patent leather that has a slight alligator texture to it. There is a gold-tone crest at the top with an eagle perched upon the earth with an anchor. There are black shiny buttons on each side, which would help to secure a trim of your choosing if you would like to add gold rope, or leather band. This would make for a fun and easy DIY project so you can really make it your own!

The inner circumference of the band measures 21.25 inches around. The rise is 4 inches high, the brim measures 1.75 inches at the widest part, and the hat measures 10.5 inches across the top.
