1960s Brown Leather Pilot’s Bomber Jacket with Aviation Pin! Size XS/S

Let your style take flight in this vintage pilot’s bomber jacket! It even comes with its original aviation pin!

This jacket was made in the USA during the 1960s by “Excelled”. It is constructed from genuine leather and lined with sheep’s wool. It is marked as a vintage size 42, and would best fit a modern men’s size X-Small, or modern women’s size Small. Please see measurements below to guarantee fit.

The deep brown leather on this bad boy is perfectly distressed to show off that vintage charm. The oversized dark brown sheep’s wool collar can be flipped up for extra warmth, and adds to the classic pilot’s look. A silver airplane pin from the original owner is pinned to the top of the right shoulder. What a cool piece of history!

There are two large front waist pockets with snaps, and two open slit-style pockets perfect for keeping your hands warm. The jacket closes up the front with a 22 inch brass zipper. The zipper panel secures with snaps at the neck and waist.

Please note that the inner wool lining, knit cuffs, and waistband show their age a bit (see photos). This garment is still totally wearable for daily life, or could also make an excellent costume for theater or film. Overall it is in good vintage condition, and it was stored in a smoke-free environment.
