Arrive to the party in style wearing one of these timeless 1970s ruffled tuxedo shirts!
Please see details for each shirt below, each one has their own condition quirks and size measurements. These are all men’s shirts, but are shown on a female mannequin in the photos. All 4 of these shirts have ruffled cuffs that require cufflinks (or you could sew buttons on for a quick DIY fix). All are in good wearable condition and would be perfect for prom or a costume!
Light yellow:
This shirt was made in the USA by Lion Troy, and it is marked as a size 16/33. It is made from 65% Dacron polyester and 35% combed cotton, and it is machine washable. The shirt closes up the front with 5 buttons that are hidden by a ruffled lace panel. There is a manufacturer’s stamp on the lower front left part of the shirt.
Measurements taken closed, lying flat.
Chest- 23 inches across.
Waist- 22.5 inches across.
Length- 30 inches long.
Sleeve length- 25 inches long.
Peach:
This shirt was made in the USA by Delton Permanent Press. It is made from 65% Dacron polyester and 35% cotton, and it is machine washable. The shirt closes up the front with 5 buttons that are hidden by a panel of peach ruffles that have black zig-zag stitching. The shirt has a back shoulder yoke and large 70s collar lapels. Please note that there is a small grey mark on the lower right back, and a small dark brown stain on the back left of the collar. There is a manufacturer’s stamp on the lower front left part of the shirt.

Light blue: SOLD.
This shirt was Union Made in the USA by Lion Troy. It is made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton, and it is machine washable. The shirt closes up the front with 5 buttons that are hidden by a ruffled panel that has black contrasting stitching. There is a manufacturer’s stamp on the lower front left part of the shirt. Please note that there is a faint stain on the upper left front chest and on the upper right sleeve and some discoloration on the inside of the collar.

This shirt was made by After Six and is marked as a vintage size Small. It is made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton and it is machine washable. The shirt closes up the front with 7 buttons, and the 3 rows of ruffles have thick black trim on the edges. Measurements taken closed, lying flat.
Chest- 19 inches across.
Waist- 17.5 inches across.
Length- 31 inches long.
Sleeve length- 24 inches long.
